This agreement clarifies the rights, obligations and usage specifications of users when using the local AI portrait generation services provided by Faelis. All users who open and use the application shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted all clauses of this agreement. This agreement takes effect automatically upon the user's initiation of application usage.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. This core service rule is an indispensable part of this User Agreement and applies to all service behaviors of users using Faelis. All functional operations of the application rely on local device computing, and no user facial information will be acquired or recorded during the whole service process.
Faelis is a zero-threshold local AI portrait generation tool that supports pure text-driven image creation. The application provides users with scene tag and companion tag matching services to generate atmospheric original portrait works. All service operations are completed through local device calculation, and the application does not require user account login or any personal information verification. In the whole service process, the application does not collect any user facial information, and all user operation data only exists on the user's local device.
1.2 Agreement ValidityThis User Agreement is binding on all users who access and use Faelis services. Users confirm that they have the full capacity to accept this agreement when using the application services. If users do not agree with any clause of this agreement, they shall immediately stop using the application. The continuous use of Faelis functions by users shall be regarded as recognition and acceptance of all terms of this agreement. All service data is processed locally, and the application does not collect any user facial data in any case.
1.3 Rule UpdateFaelis reserves the right to optimize and adjust service functions and agreement clauses according to service iteration and function upgrade requirements. The updated agreement terms will take effect once they are displayed inside the application. Users' continued use of the application after the update represents acceptance of the revised terms. The core local processing mechanism and the rule of not collecting any user facial information will always remain unchanged.
Users shall use Faelis local AI generation services in a standardized and legitimate manner. Users are solely responsible for all text tags input and content created by themselves. Users shall not use the application to create inappropriate, improper or non-compliant content. All content generation behaviors are completed locally on the user's device, All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. The application does not supervise or obtain user creation content and facial information.
2.2 Prohibited BehaviorsUsers shall not conduct reverse engineering, decompilation, modification or secondary development of the local AI program and core functions of Faelis. Users shall not use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or other abnormal means to interfere with the normal operation of the application. Users shall not use the application services for any commercial speculation or illegal creation behaviors. The application always operates in a local closed-loop manner, does not collect any user facial information, and does not bear relevant responsibilities for illegal user behaviors.
2.3 User Independent ResponsibilityAll portrait works generated by users through Faelis local AI functions are independently controlled and owned by users. Users shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and compliance of all created content. The application only provides local technical computing support and does not participate in content creation and judgment. The whole service process does not involve the collection and use of user facial information, and all data rights belong to users themselves.
Faelis provides fully open zero-login service permissions for all users. Users can directly use all core local AI portrait generation functions without registering or logging in to any account. The application does not set any information access threshold, and does not require users to provide any personal privacy information. In the whole service link, the application does not collect any user facial data, and all operation behaviors are independently completed by users locally.
3.2 Local Service GuaranteeAll AI calculation, content generation and data storage of Faelis are completed in the user's local device environment. No user operation data, creation content or privacy information will be transmitted externally. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. Users can independently manage all local data of the application and delete relevant content at any time, and the application cannot actively obtain or retain any user data including facial information.
3.3 Function Iteration RightFaelis reserves the right to carry out function optimization, experience upgrade and technical iteration for local AI generation functions. The application may adjust the tag matching mode, image generation effect and other functional details according to user experience feedback. All function upgrades still adhere to the local processing principle and will not change the core rule of not collecting any user facial information.
All intellectual property rights of Faelis including application program code, local AI algorithm, interface design, functional framework and service logic are legally protected. Users only obtain the right to use the application's service functions personally, and do not obtain any intellectual property ownership of the application. Any unauthorized copying, dissemination or modification of the application program is not allowed.
4.2 User Content RightsAll original portrait works generated by users through Faelis local AI services belong to the users themselves. Users can independently use and process their own created content. The application does not occupy, use or disseminate user creation content. Since all content is processed and stored locally, and the application does not collect any user facial information, the legitimate rights and interests of users' creation and privacy are fully protected.
Faelis provides local AI portrait generation services based on the current technical level and device adaptation conditions. The application cannot guarantee that the generation effect will fully meet all user personalized expectations in all scenarios. The normal operation of the application depends on the performance of the user's local device. The application does not collect any user facial information or other privacy data during service provision.
5.2 Responsibility Exemption ClauseFaelis shall not be liable for any adverse consequences caused by users' illegal use of the application, improper operation or independent creation of content. The application shall not be responsible for data changes caused by users' active deletion of local data or local device system adjustment. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. The application is exempt from all responsibilities related to user facial privacy leakage.
User privacy protection is the core service principle of Faelis. All service links of the application strictly abide by local closed-loop processing standards. The application never actively acquires, records or stores any user personal privacy information. All operation tracks and creation content are only retained on the user's local device and controlled entirely by the user. The application always does not collect any user facial information, and there is no risk of facial privacy leakage.
Users have the full right to delete all local data generated by the application. After the user completes the deletion operation, all corresponding local information will be completely cleared. The application cannot recover or obtain the deleted local data. The whole privacy protection mechanism runs through the whole process of user use, fully ensuring user data security and facial privacy security.
