This document applies to all users who purchase and use the paid subscription services of the application. By initiating any subscription purchase and using premium functions, users fully confirm that they have read, understood and accepted all clauses of these subscription terms.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. All premium subscription services of Faelis are completed based on local AI operation of user devices. The opening and use of subscription privileges will not trigger any collection, recording or storage of user facial information, and all user subscription related operation data is only stored in the user's local device.
Faelis subscription service is a paid premium membership service launched for users who need advanced local AI portrait generation experience. The subscription service unlocks exclusive advanced functional privileges on the basis of the basic free functions of the application. All premium functions still adopt local device processing mode, and the application does not collect any user facial information in the process of providing subscription services.
1.2 Applicable RulesAll subscription service behaviors of users are subject to these Subscription Terms, together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of Faelis. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and other agreement clauses, the exclusive provisions of these subscription terms shall prevail for paid subscription services. All data generated during the use of subscription privileges is processed locally, and no user facial data will be collected by the application.
All users who successfully purchase any Faelis subscription package can permanently enjoy the following exclusive core benefits during the valid subscription period. All benefit functions are realized through local AI computing of user devices, and no user facial information is involved in the whole service process.

3.1 Weekly SubscriptionThe weekly subscription package provides users with seven consecutive days of premium membership service qualifications. Within the valid cycle, users can fully enjoy all core subscription benefits including unlimited image generations, no daily usage limits and priority support services. After the service cycle expires, the premium privileges will automatically expire, and the user will return to the basic free usage mode. All usage data during the subscription period are stored locally on the user's device, and the application does not collect any user facial information.
3.2 Monthly SubscriptionThe monthly subscription package provides users with thirty consecutive days of premium membership service qualifications. This package is suitable for users with medium and long-term use needs. Users can unrestrictedly use all advanced local AI portrait generation functions within the valid period. The subscription service operation is completely closed-loop locally, and the application has no access to any user facial data and private information.
3.3 Semi-Annual SubscriptionThe semi-annual subscription package provides users with six consecutive months of premium membership service qualifications. It has a longer valid service cycle and more stable premium service experience. All core subscription benefits are fully opened throughout the cycle. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. Users' long-term usage behaviors and generated content are always only retained in the local device.
3.4 Annual SubscriptionThe annual subscription package provides users with twelve consecutive months of premium membership service qualifications, which is the longest cycle subscription package of Faelis. Users can enjoy long-term stable advanced service privileges, completely free from daily usage restrictions. The whole service process is based on local AI operation, ensuring that no user facial information or personal privacy data is collected by the application.
The valid period of all subscription packages starts immediately after the user completes the payment and activates the membership. The service cycle is calculated in natural time units, and the valid period will not be interrupted or suspended due to user's disuse of the application. All privileged function usage records are stored locally on the user's device, and the application does not collect any related data including user facial information.
4.2 Privilege Usage RulesAll subscription exclusive benefits are only for the user's personal non-commercial use in the Faelis application. Users shall not transfer, resell or share subscription privileges to third parties. The unlimited generation privilege is only applicable to the local AI portrait generation function of the application, and all content generation behaviors are independently completed by users locally without any collection of user facial information.
4.3 Package Upgrade And RenewalUsers can independently renew or upgrade their subscription packages at any time during the valid membership period. The newly purchased service cycle will be automatically accumulated on the basis of the existing valid period. All renewal and upgrade operations are completed locally by users, and the application does not record or collect any user operation privacy information or facial data.
Faelis subscription premium services are based on local device technical support. The normal use of privileged functions depends on the user's local device performance and system adaptation. The application does not collect any user facial information and privacy data in the process of providing paid services, and all service risks caused by device environment problems shall be borne by the user.
5.2 User Usage ObligationsUsers shall use subscription privileged functions in compliance with relevant usage specifications, and shall not use premium service privileges to create illegal, inappropriate or non-compliant content. All user creation behaviors are completed locally, All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. Users shall bear full responsibility for all improper usage behaviors.
The subscription service will automatically terminate when the user's purchased service cycle expires. Users can also stop using the subscription privileges actively at any time during the valid period. After the subscription service terminates, the user will no longer enjoy exclusive premium benefits and will return to the basic free service mode. All local data generated during the subscription period will be retained on the user's device, and users can delete it independently. The application will not collect or retain any user facial information after service termination.
